Habitat Services Announcement from our Board President
In the fall of 2022, Habitat’s Executive Director, Joanne Knutson, retired after 23 years with the agency. Joanne began her career at Habitat in 1999 as a Community Liaison Worker. She became a founding, front-line member of the Habitat Services Housing Support Team, eventually taking on the role of Manager, and then Director. Habitat Services 2020-21 Annual Report
In 2020/21, boarding home owners/operators/staff and Habitat Services confronted the pandemic head on. 2020-2021 has focused on developing and implementing Infection Prevention and Control practices and protocols; learning about the virus and how to mitigate it; adopting the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment; and actively working with tenants to reduce their risk of infection during the pandemic. The last year has been extraordinary in every respect. It has also been a time of great challenge and sadly, a time of loss for so many. To read a copy of the 2020-2021 Annual Report, click here.

Habitat Services new Executive Director, Joanne Knuston!
In the fall of 2019, Joanne Knutson became the new Executive Director at Habitat Services. Joanne is the former Director of Housing Support and has been at Habitat Services for over 20 years. Thank you Leslie McDonald for all your hard work at Habitat!
